Monolith3

You talk to one person. The right people do the work.

Monolith3 takes on creative, engineering and AI, and growth work under one agreement. Each part goes to the team that does it for a living. Jason signs off on what ships.

Creative Engineering + AI Growth & Operations
What we do

Three kinds of work. One agreement.

Most companies hire a studio and a dev shop separately, then spend their own week keeping them in step. We take that week back. You get one scope and one person to call when something moves.

01

Creative

How your organization is seen and remembered.

Film, photography, drone, brand and websites. Made by people who shoot and build for a living.

Delivered by Boring Stories
02

Engineering + AI

How your organization works faster and breaks less often.

Custom software and internal tools. AI can take the first pass, and a person decides what ships. When it's done, the software is yours.

Delivered by Portillo Technologies and Boring Labs
03

Growth & Operations

How demand, sales and delivery become repeatable.

We measure what a buyer can find about you, fix what's missing, and measure again. Then the follow-up and reporting that decide whether growth sticks.

Delivered by Monolith3

We always name who did the work. The people behind it get the credit, on the page and in the proposal.

How we work

Rules we don't bend.

These decide the close calls. When two of them pull against each other, the first one wins.

  1. 01Humans lead

AI does plenty of first drafts here. We won't pretend otherwise.

A named person decides what's good enough and answers for it.

  2. 02You end up more capable

When we're done, your people can run what we built and change it.

If you keep working with us, it should be because we keep earning it. Not because we made ourselves hard to leave.

  3. 03We own the promise

No scope and no dates until the person doing the work has agreed to them.

If the scope or the timing changes, you hear about it that working day.

Approach

We measure first.

Your site probably looks fine. The problem is usually underneath it: the things a buyer, or an AI, goes looking for and can't find. So most engagements start with a measurement.

  1. Before you sign

    We look

We check what a buyer can find about you today and write it down, including what we couldn't see.

  2. Still before you sign

    One fix, free

You get one real repair up front. Often it's small. Once it was a single line in a robots.txt file.

  3. The quote

    A fixed card

List prices don't move. If there's a credit, the page says what it is and why.

  4. Week 12

    We measure again

Same questions, same engines, sent to you. It goes on the calendar the day you sign.

We can't promise rankings. Anyone who does is guessing. We can promise the measurement.
